  • Reservations require an advance deposit made by personal check, credit card, or money order and must be received no later than 5 days after making reservations. Room balances are due upon arrival. Suites and Cottages are handled differently (please inquire). NO REFUNDS.
  • King room assumes two people
  • All other accommodations assume two adults and up to two children under high school age
  • Additional persons will be charged at $20 for an adult and $10 for a child
  • Above prices do not include 7% Maine Lodging Tax and a small handling fee
  • Rates subject to change without notice and may be slightly higher during prime periods
